clientBurslem Port Trust

subcontracting to Moss Naylor Young

Our current project in Burslem, North Staffordshire, is another example of an area still struggling following the rapid decline of the Potteries industry.

The area has some of the finest Art Nouveau buildings in the Midlands and an artistic community to rival South Kensington so the restoration of the Burslem Branch Canal could have the effect of completely transforming the area and giving the city of Stoke-on-Trent the image transplant it needs to really boost the local economy.

Working with Moss Naylor Young as an associate consultant enables Laura to move the Burslem Port Trust into a position where it can not only fundraise for but be the major party involved in delivering this vital regeneration project. Moss Naylor Young have over 30 years experience of canal restoration, planning and engineering to back up Laura’s knowledge of community engagement and fundraising.
